Daily’s Convenience Stores is committed to

All of these things can only be accomplished with our most
important asset, our team members. To help our team members
reach their fullest potential, Daily’s full time team members
must complete 3 days of In-house training at our Training
Center. We believe in investing in our team members from day 1
and continuing through out their careers.Some of the subjects
we cover include:
- WE CARE! (Alcohol, Tobacco and Lottery Training, How to
be a responsible Retailer)
- Diversity
- Customer Service
- Safety and Accident prevention
- Inventory Control
After a new team member successfully completes the 3 days of
in-house training they will be place in the store they will be
assigned to and work side by side with their Unit Business
Manager (U.B.M.) for at least 2 days. A team member will then be
put on the shift they will be working.
Daily’s has developed other training programs to help our team
members advance with in our company.
